For Japanese the worst point to study
English is shyness. It is one of national character.
But in groval society, it is not a good poit.

However, it is difficult to change their mind.
Beside I disagree with the earily English education
and increasing English calsss. Because if English
studying start early, children may be confused.
Although children who are from 8 years old to
12 years old come to understand Japanese grammar,
teaching English confuse for them.

Also there are hardly chance to speak English usually
in Japan especially for children. So I think it doesn't
need to study it early. Instead it it good to have
chance to know, touch and communicate
different culture.
